If you have a young baker at home who dreams of working with fondant and frosting, this week's summer baking camp in Berea is the perfect way to spend three mornings. Annie's Signature Sweets is hosting a Kids Summer Baking Camp from Tuesday, August 4 through Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM each day. Designed for ages 7 through 17, the camp gives young bakers hands-on experience with decorating techniques, fondant work, and creating their own confections to bring home.

What Kids Will Learn
Over the three-day camp, participants work through progressively more involved decorating projects. Day one focuses on foundational techniques — piping basics, working with buttercream, and simple decorative elements. Day two introduces fondant work, where campers learn to shape, color, and apply fondant decorations. Day three is the creative finale: each baker designs and completes their own decorated cake or cupcake display to take home.
All materials and ingredients are included. Each camper leaves with their creations at the end of the camp, plus new skills they can use to impress family and friends at the next birthday or holiday gathering.

The 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM schedule works well for families — drop off in the morning and pick up before lunch.
